Installation and operation
How do the programs run, is installation required?
The programs run as desktop applications on a Windows computer and are delivered as an installable or portable version. The demos on this site open in the browser and need no installation.
Is an internet connection required?
No. The programs run on-premises without internet. Shop-floor devices such as the kiosk are updated via USB stick or a shared folder.
Can several users work at the same time?
Yes. Users and per-page view / edit permissions are defined in the Administration section; each user sees only the pages they are authorised for.
Which languages are available?
The interface is available in Turkish, English and German; the language is switched instantly from the top bar.
Data
Where is our data stored?
On your own computer or server. No data is sent to the cloud or to any third party. Details are on the Data assurance page.
Can we import our existing Excel lists?
Yes. Initial data such as employee, position, machine and product lists is imported together during installation; afterwards every table offers Excel / CSV export.
How are backups made?
Data is backed up automatically at every login and every week; the organisation chooses the backup folder. Any backup is restored with one click.
Demo and contact
What is the difference between the demo and the full version?
The demo opens with the data of a fictional factory, resets on every start, and download / file operations are disabled. Screens, calculations and documents are identical to the full version.

What happens when legislation changes (minimum wage, social security rates)?
Legal parameters are kept per year and updated in Settings; a new year is copied from the previous one and only the changed values are entered.
When will the other modules be ready?
The Planning and Project modules are in development; Quality, Maintenance, Purchasing, Accounting and Executive Control modules are planned. Current status is on the Roadmap page.
