Employee, payroll and production data is sensitive. That is why the programs are installed on your own computer, not in the cloud; below is how the data is protected, step by step.
Where it runs
The program and its database stay on your own computer or server. No record is sent to the cloud, to me or to any third party.
No internet needed
The program works offline. Legal parameters and updates are delivered as files.
Backups
A backup is taken automatically at every login and every week; the organisation sets the backup folder and how many copies to keep. Restoring takes one click.
Permissions
View / edit permissions are defined per page for each user. Payroll and salary pages are open only to the administrator by default.
Tamper-proof log
Kiosk actions, payslip deliveries, appraisal confirmations and objections are kept in a time-stamped log; entries cannot be changed afterwards.
Data retention periods
Documents whose retention period has expired are listed; disposal is recorded with a report, and files under legal hold are preserved.
Demo data
The demos on this site run on fictional data and reset on every start; nothing entered in a demo is saved.
This website
Uses no cookies. The visitor counter works with a temporary id per tab; no IP or browser information is stored. Feedback is anonymous.
