The number of modules, pages, indicators and documents brought together in a single program.
Lightweight and self-contained
The program is a single file and does not depend on any external JavaScript library: PDF generation, charts and Excel / CSV export are the program's own code. It needs no database server and can run without an internet connection; internet access is only required for licence activation.
The fictional factory in the demo
The demo holds a mid-sized factory with two years of daily records. The volume below is processed in the browser, without a server.
The figures were measured from the demo's sample data set. In real use, capacity depends on the computer holding the records and its storage settings.
What does the program calculate?
Engines based on legislation and standards that replace manual calculations.
Payroll engine
Gross-to-net calculation: SGK and unemployment insurance contributions, income tax in 5 brackets, stamp duty, minimum wage exemption with cumulative tax base, incentives. All rates are year-based parameters.
Overtime and leave
Overtime, weekly rest day and public holiday work are calculated separately; the annual limit of 270 hours is monitored. Leave entitlement is calculated automatically from seniority, with a warning if department capacity is exceeded.
Severance and notice
Offboarding calculation with the severance cap, gross-up pay and notice periods; total severance liability for all employees.
Shift compliance engine
The schedule is checked against 14 rules: 7.5-hour night work, 11 hours of uninterrupted rest, night work by women and young workers, task qualification and more.
KPI engine
105 indicators, 12 categories, 24 core indicators. Values are calculated from other modules' records and frozen at month end; off-target indicators become actions.
Evidence map
23 clauses of IATF 16949 and VDA 6,3 are mapped to records in the application; compliance status is derived automatically from the indicators.
A4 page layout
Every form fits A4 exactly: long lists are split across pages, empty fields are filled with the form's own rows and columns, and the page number is updated on every page.
Document numbering
Document number, revision number and date are managed centrally across 62 document definitions; the same box appears on every output.

The same program in three languages
The interface language switches instantly from the flags in the top bar; 1,332 interface strings are translated per language. Stored data (names, descriptions) stays in the language it was entered in; official forms are printed in Turkish.

Short answers
Does the data go to the cloud?
No. The program runs on the organisation's own computer and keeps the data there.
Is the information I enter in the demo stored?
No. The demo starts fresh with fictional sample data every time it opens. Do not enter real personal data in the demo.
What happens when legislation changes?
Minimum wage, contribution rates and tax brackets are year-based parameters; a new year is copied from the previous one and updated.
